Moshe Braude
Moshe is the founder and driving force behind Magnico, as well as Director of Business Development for Newlines Co. He has worked in construction his entire career, making his way from the bottom up. Starting out as an on-site worker, Moshe worked his way up the ranks and eventually became a manager for self-performing teams that renovated nearly 1.5 million square feet. One of Moshe's greatest professional accomplishments is building a top-quality team at Magnico. He believes that a strong and dedicated team is essential for success in the construction industry, and he is committed to bringing together a diverse group of professionals who share his vision for excellence. His success in this role can be attributed to his emphasis on modern technology and clarity in cost, which helped to streamline processes and deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget. ``

Craig Orlando
Craig Orlando is proud to be Magnico's Director of Business Development and Chief Strategic Office for Newlines Co. Craig has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years across many sectors and markets. He has managed concurrent projects in multiple states and projects with $1B+ budgets. Seeing Magnico’s growth and understanding how his skills could support the firm, Craig was excited to join the team in January 2022. With a bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University and a long tenure in the industry, Craig has a strong financial background and experience in management-backing large projects. His skills in management, organizing, and discerning financial success make him an excellent director. In his free time, Craig likes to stay on the move. After 20+ years as a professional skier, a time during which he also learned diplomacy from a consulate general, Craig is now an avid cyclist and golfer. He also serves on a local government planning board, a role he has held for over nine years.

Avi Lieber
Avi Lieber serves as Director of Operations at Magnico. Born in Brooklyn, Avi has spent most of his professional career working and living in New Jersey. Avi began his career in commercial construction in 2006 and has since worked on a large cross-section of projects, particularly in the healthcare sector. Avi was proud to join the Magnico team as Director of Operations in July 2020, where he was particularly drawn to the firm’s honesty and integrity. Avi’s dedication and interpersonal skills make him an integral member of the Magnico team and an effective director.

Niki Haines
Niki Haines is proud to serve as Magnico’s Marketing Director. Born and raised in Jersey, Niki attended Rutgers University, where she received a BA in Journalism and Media Studies. After college, Niki worked in marketing for a variety of B2B companies. When the opportunity arose in June 2022 to join the Magnico team, Niki was excited to accept and to spearhead the development of the Marketing department. In this role, Niki applies her skills as a planner, big-picture thinker, and project manager to increase Magnico’s brand. She sees great potential and opportunity for growth for the company and plays a key role in seeing Magnico prosper and its efforts be fruitful.

Kevin Butch
Kevin is an experienced sales veteran with over 20 years of experience in helping businesses to grow and function efficiently. As the Director of Sales for Magnico, Kevin is responsible for leading the sales team and developing innovative strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives. With an exceptionally high close ratio and low attrition rates, Kevin is passionate about working with other companies and helping them to achieve their goals. Kevin strongly believes that keeping businesses happy and achieving shared successes is essential for long-term business relationships. He brings a unique and innovative approach to sales, leveraging his extensive experience and business acumen to help clients overcome challenges and achieve success. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from St. Peter's University, Kevin has the skills and knowledge needed to develop successful sales strategies that are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Nechama Lieber
Nechama Lieber serves as Project Coordinator at Magnico. Before joining the Magnico team, Nechama worked in real estate and as a retail manager. Recognizing her organizational skills and dedication, Magnico invited her to join the team in April 2022. At Magnico, Nechama brings all her experience and skills to coordinating healthcare, estimating, and documenting preliminary and active projects.
